All guests and any visitors must abide by the Park Rules. A complete list of all Rules and Restrictions, including Pool Rules, can be obtained at our office and will be provided at Check-in.
Park Rules
Check-in Time is 1:00pm / Check-out Time is 12:00pm
10 MPH Speed Limit throughout the Park
Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
All RV’s are subject to inspection and approval by management. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition. Rigs more than 10 years old have to be approved in advance by management. Please send pictures to sharon@ironhorservtexas.com.
Window A/C units ARE NOT allowed.
Sleeping outside the RV is not allowed.
Boats and Flat (open) trailers ARE NOT permitted to be parked on property.
Cargo (closed) trailers need to be approved by management before they can be allowed to park on property.
Limit of two-vehicle parking per site. Vehicle must be parked on Site’s Driveaway. Parking on roads, yards, and/or unoccupied sites is prohibited.
No smoking in any common building areas. Please remove all cigarette butts.
No glass containers allowed in pool areas.
PET RULES
Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times (except at Dog Park). Leaving a pet unattended or tied up outside any RV is prohibited.
Additionally, the owners of dogs of any breed that are or become aggressive, will be asked to leave.
Owners MUST clean up after their pets in any area, including the Dog Park.
Pets must have all current vaccinations.
Pets are not allowed in Restrooms or Pool Area.
RATES
Daily/Weekly Rates include all utilities and Wi-Fi.
When checking in show your Military ID for a 10% refund.
Monthly rates include water, sewer, trash, & Wi-Fi-. Electricity is additional and a $100.00 deposit is required at check-in.
Rates are for 1-2 people. Extra person (5 years or older) using facilities and/or staying a night is:
$5 per day
$25 per week
$75 per month
There is a LIMIT of 6 people per site at all times, including visitors.
All rates are based on full-term stays, paid in advance, and cannot be prorated.
Ironhorse RV Resort has high water pressure. Please remember to install your Water Pressure Reducing Valve when connecting to a site’s waterline.
Cancellation Policy
We will gladly reserve your site for you, not accepting any future requests. In exchange, we ask for your guaranteed booking. Should you have to cancel a reservation, the following will apply:
DAILY RESERVATIONS
Cancelled with a 15-day advance notice, a 50% refund will be made.
Cancelled with less than 15-day notice, NO refund will be made.
No refunds over shortened stays.
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS
Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 50% refund will be made.
Cancelled with less than 30-day notice, NO refund will be made.
No refunds over shortened stays.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS
Cancelled with a 60-day advance notice, a refund will be issued minus a $35 cancellation fee.
Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 50% refund will be made.
Cancelled with less than 30-day notice, NO refund will be made.
